Good, Bad and Ugly Reviews Explained

We are very fortunate to have A TON of reviews! 177 to be exact as of August 2011. A LOT of them are great reviews, but some not so great. While we love tooting our horns about the great reviews we have received, we do wish this forum to convey an honest representation of ourselves, and thus allowing ourselves to properly address all reviews, good bad or ugly.
